Compass Global Announces Completion Of iOnosphere Acquisition

| Woodcliff Lake, NJ - January 1, 2007 - Compass Global, Inc. and iOnosphere, Inc. have jointly announced the successful completion of Compass Global's acquisition of certain assets of iOnosphere's Wholesale Carrier division. The acquisition nearly doubles the size of Compass Global's wholesale operation and is expected to provide a significant benefit to the Compass Global customers, as well as to the newly acquired iOnosphere customers and carriers.
